Dispositif de saisine LE BALCON

Bienvenue sur le formulaire de saisine du BALCON

LE BALCON a mis en place une procédure de recueil et de traitement des signalements via un dispositif externalisé auprès de Egalité à la page (sous la forme d’un formulaire de saisine).

Ce formulaire a pour but de recueillir les signalements des salariés évoluant au sein de l'association.

Lors d'une saisine, vous serez recontacté dans les 48 heures ouvrées par une référente Egalité à la page qui vous proposera un rendez-vous.

Informations importantes

A la transmission de votre signalement vous recevrez un accusé de réception par mail et une proposition de rendez-vous (dans les 48 heures ouvrées suivant votre saisine).

Seules les personnes habilitées au sein d'Egalité à la page seront destinataires des informations que vous allez nous adresser par le biais du formulaire.

Toutes les données recueillies dans le cadre de ce dispositif seront traitées conformément au référentiel des alertes professionnelles de la CNIL, du 23 juillet 2023.

For a request to be considered, it is imperative that it is made directly by you at the following address dpo@r-g-conseils.com. Any request that is not made in this way cannot be processed.

Requests cannot come from anyone other than you. Therefore, we may ask you for proof of identity if there is any doubt about the identity of the requester.

We will respond to your request as soon as possible, within three months of receiving it, in case the request is technically complex or if we receive many requests at the same time.

Please note that we can always refuse to respond to any excessive or unfounded request, particularly with regard to its repetitive nature.
